Hello, Stage Kids family and new friends! We have another round of awesome classes to keep your child learning, growing, and laughing this spring!
It’s so important for kids to have a sense of structure and stability in these uncertain times. Their world has been turned upside down, and having something they can count on, at a specific time each week, with a specific group of friends, is grounding and healthy for most children.
Theater also helps them connect with joy in their lives for those who already love or are exploring performing arts.
AND, the technical skills of learning in this environment ARE life skills!
Please subscribe to our e-newsletter and follow us on Facebook for the latest information!

We’ll travel through time and all over the globe to experience acting, singing and dance exercises in a new way while learning about ancient theater (when using masks had a different purpose than today!) Shakespeare, pantomime, improv, classical music, folk, ballet, jazz, 1950’s, disco and more! Through its apprentice program, Stage Kids WA (SKWA) cultivates the next generation of theater professionals. We accomplish this through hands-on experience in all of the different facets of producing live theater by interacting with directors and technicians.
Apprentices observe and work with SKWA instructors and theatre professionals. Teen apprentices have the opportunity to teach & assist performance companies of children in drama, dance and voice classes / rehearsals.

Our Class Act is an "informance" for kids to share what they've learned in their classes! In most classes this takes place during the last 15 minutes of their final class. Parents will be notified on how to observe their final performance.
PLEASE READ! On January 15, 2021 Stage Kids' COVID-19 Response Plan was approved by the Chelan-Douglas Health District, allowing us to have small, safe gatherings for youth! Hooray! In alignment with our COVID-19 Response Plan, all classes/shows have been designed to be delivered completely online if our situation changes and we need to do so.
Please follow us on Facebook for the latest information!
Ho, ho, ho! Join your friends and make new ones in the cast of "The North Pole Chronicles" for this special online play that reveals many behind-the-scenes secrets about Santa’s operations at the North Pole. We start with a press conference to answer the press’s questions about the jolly guy, then meet the elves who care for the reindeer and the elves who work the gift suggestion hotline. But the biggest mystery is where Mrs. Claus has disappeared to? That leads us to surprise finale!

Your child will LOVE being in the cast of "Could You Hug A Cactus?" It's a musical revue that follows a group of kids as they come together to create a show that’s bursting with poems and creativity. One by one, they each share their imaginative creations, until a nervous performer panics and refuses to contribute a poem. Can the cast help him shed self-doubt and ignite a creative spark?

"Building Characters, One Child at a Time"
Stage Kids demonstrate confidence, responsibility, empathy, teamwork, and artistry as they positively impact the world.
Through musical theater classes, camps, productions, and after-school programs, Stage Kids equips our local youth with the life skills, character, and relationships for a bright future of positive impact.
EMPATHY | RESPONSBILITY | INCLUSION | TEAMWORK | ARTISTRY
We believe our best hope for the future is our local youth. We cannot solve the challenges they will face, but we can equip them with the life skills, character, and relationships to face those challenges successfully for themselves. Being geographically close to us, we can surround them with a community of support and shared values.
Musical theater is a powerful medium for teaching life skills, developing character, and forming strong relationships. Stage Kids learn and practice self-awareness, confidence, responsibility, empathy, teamwork, creative problem solving, artistry, and much more. Our success is not measured by the number of tickets sold or a flawless performance; we measure our success by the growth each Stage Kid experiences in the process of participating.
If you also believe our best hope for the future is our local youth, and that musical theater is a powerful medium for developing critical life skills, character, and relationships—become a Stage Kids Family Member by making a donation today!
